PARTNER SPOTLIGHT: CINCINNATI REDS

The Cincinnati Reds partnered with VOZZI to revolutionize communication, enhance customer relationships, and diversify fan engagement. Through VOZZI’s 1:1 texting and campaign functionalities, the Reds managed lists efficiently and delivered personalized messages, benefiting from features like auto-responses and the seamless Dynamics CRM integration. VOZZI provided a user-friendly mobile app and in-depth reporting.


From August 2023 to April 2024, the Reds sent 37,000 messages, averaging 4,000 per month, with a 53% engagement rate.


This approach led to a 2.2% increase in the win rate and an estimated $120,000 surge in sales.


Texting deepened customer connections and offered insights into fan preferences, allowing the Reds to tailor their offerings and solidify loyalty. Patrick Montague, Director of Ticketing New Business, credits VOZZI’s innovation, cost-effectiveness, and customization for their success.
